This necklace is based off the 1761 Gervase Spencer portrait shown in the first picture. It is made with two strands of faux turquoise beads. This is a short necklace that is finished with rings at the end so they can be looped together with ribbon as was done in the 18th Century. This allows for flexible sizing so it fits many sizes. The necklace is a very short 13" (but can be made shorter if you have a very delicate neck) and can be loosened or tightened depending on size needed.
