What a treasure! Classic round translucent jadeite bangle bracelet 56.5mm inside diameter, 9mm thick. This is old mine lao pit jadeite, circa Qing Dynasty, the kind of jade bangle cherished by women who were royalty. The jadeite stone has the characteristics of this valuable jade, with the imperial green veins and soft yin white stone. High chime, icy cold and silky smooth. Purchased from a Chinese estate sale, it was in a wrapper and very well cushioned and appears to have been stored properly because the jade stone looks rich and glowing. No cracks or chips, it is in excellent condition.
